• The Premium Apartment House and its apartments are strictly NON smoking areas, so we kindly ask our Guests to smoke in the designated place, in front of the main entrance. In case of flats with balcony it is allowed to smoke on the balcony.
  • Check in time is from 14:00 o’clock.
  • The apartments are fully equipped, so we kindly ask our Guests, after checking in, to check the inventory and validate it with their signature.
  • Please always leave your key at the reception desk upon leaving the building.
  • Please do not forget your key in the lock from inside.
  • Re-opening of the apartment will be automatically charged to your invoice which is 50 euros if your apartment key is in the lock.
  • About the special telephone rates in the apartments please ask the receptionist.
  • On the departing day the check out is from 8:00 to 11:00 o’clock.
  • A half day charge will be added  to the invoice when checking out is after 11:00 o’clock (Late check out)
  • Please let the reception know at least 20 minutes before that you wish to check out, so that we can controll/check the inventory.
  • In case of missing/damaged item(s), the item(s)’ value will be automatically charged to the invoice.
  • Please ask the receptionist about the breakfast which is from 7:00 to 10:00 o’clock.
  • After more than 12 days (12+1) the Apartment House makes a leasing contract with its Guests.
  • The cleaning and the changing of the sheets and the towels for contracted Guests are on Thursday or Friday every week. If you need you can make appointments at the reception.
  • We kindly ask our contracted Guests to put the garbage in front of the door between 7:00-9:00 o’clock every morning.
  • You can require dish soap and other cleaning supplies for charge at the reception.
  • Please close the door and windows and  turn off the electric appliances and air conditioner when you leave your apartment.
  • In the apartments and the community spaces please do not disturb the other Guests.
  • The Owner keeps the right to charge for the fullfiled services anytime or during the services.
  • Pets are only allowed after they were reported to the hotel’s staff and the Guest must pay a certain fee.
  • Every Guest stays in the apartment for his/her own responsibility.
