Premium Apartment House is suitable for organizing large conferences, corporate trainings, balls, presentations, press conferences, exhibitions, courses, workshops, weddings, banquets, receptions and other private gatherings. The video and sound services are meets the highest demands in each room.

Conference Room

The size of the room is 220 m² and it has natural daylight, air-conditioner, WIFI internet access, own sound and event system. Moreover the room has a closed parking garage (deep-level garage and surface parking lot) with camera, with separate entrances from the street and the courtyard as well.

Our 45-seater restaurant is located next to the conference room and has an up-to-date, clear-out style with a large terrace (up to 80 people). We offer international and domestic dishes with a wide selection of beverages, coffees, wines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.

Court Room

The courtrooms have different sizes, between 31 m² and 42 m² with a lobby, built-in counter, refrigerator,  wardrobe cabinet, own toilet and bathroom. It also has natural light, dimming facility, WIFI internet access and 32-channel cable TV. Some rooms has a huge balcony with patio furniture and designated smoking area.
